What if it happens to rain on my event day?

If it rains the day before and/or the day of your outdoor event, you and your guests will be relocated inside the building.
 

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

-Our main Reception Hall can seat up to 135 guests, with a dance area.

-The Chapel side room can seat 100 guests. (This room is connected to the main Reception Hall allowing more room for guests if left completely open. Max guests for both rooms: 200)

-The outside Barn Pavilion can seat up to 100 guests.

Do I need an appointment to tour the venue?

Yes. We offer free consultations and tours by appointment only. Each appointment made is allotted an hour time slot, but we can work with you to schedule another if necessary.
 

What time are consults and tours available?

-Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: Consults are available from 9am to 5pm. Some exceptions can be made.

-Tuesday: Consults are available from 9am to 4pm.

-We do not schedule consults on Friday-Sunday.

How long do I have to secure my date?

Indefinitely. But, if someone calls and is interested in your date, then you have one week to secure from that point. If no payment is made, then your date becomes available for other bookings.
 

What services do Front Porch Event Center offer?

DJ, Catering, Photography, Decor, Wedding Coordinator, Cakes, and Video Projection.

What is the price to reserve the venue for my date and/or services?

Weddings: $500 is due and is non-refundable.

Other event rentals: 25% of your total package price is due and is non-refundable.

When does my event have to be completely paid for?

The total balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
